What exactly am I ordering?

Each Nail Bureau case file contains a handcrafted set of reusable press-on nails created using professional-grade Korean gel products.

Every set is individually made and finished by hand, then prepared for shipment from our studio.

How do I know what size to order?

Most clients fit comfortably into one of our standard sizes (XS, S, M, or L).

If you’ve never worn press-ons before, we recommend reviewing our sizing guide before placing your order. When in doubt, custom sizing is always the safest option.

Are the nails really handmade?

They are.

Every design is painted, assembled, and finished by hand. No mass production, no factory-made sets, and no shortcuts.

Because of this, slight variations may occur from set to set — one of the things that makes each case file uniquely yours.

What products do you use?

We work primarily with premium Korean gel products, including Izemi, known for exceptional durability, shine, and color clarity.

Our goal is simple: create press-ons that look and feel like a luxury salon set.

How long will they last?

That depends on how you wear them.

Adhesive tabs are perfect for short-term wear, special events, weekends, or commitment issues.

Nail glue offers the longest wear and can last up to several weeks with proper application and care.

Can I wear them more than once?

Absolutely.

When removed carefully, Nail Bureau press-ons are designed to be worn again and again. Many clients keep their favorite sets in rotation for months.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each set is made to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Good things take time. Evidence included.

Will my set look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to recreate every design as shown.

Because each set is handcrafted and screen colors can vary, minor differences may occur. We consider this part of the beauty of handmade work rather than a flaw.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

I’m between sizes. What should I do?

Size up.

A nail can always be filed slightly smaller for a perfect fit, but a nail that’s too small won’t sit correctly on the nail bed.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes.

If you have a specific color palette, inspiration photo, event, or design concept in mind, we’d love to hear about it. Custom case files are available based on availability.
